Indianos: subdesenvolvidos, mas inteligentes

Notícia interessante: NEW DELHI: An Indian man has invented a refrigerator that runs without electricity, as he aimed to create one that's affordable for the masses.

Munshukhbai Prajapati made the refrigerator entirely out of clay, and the gadget uses no electricity.

He spent nearly two years to come up with the concept of the earthen refrigerator and named it "Mitti Cool" or cool clay.

The earthen refrigerator can keep 20 litres of water cool, and vegetables and milk fresh for up to three days.

Priced at US$60 a piece, the refrigerator has become the most sought after household appliance among the rural poor Indians, who could only once dream of owning a refrigerator.
